To Apply:

Application Fee: $35.00 per application
Reservation Fee: $300.00 (Which will be applied to your first month's rent.)

Security deposit is typically equal to one (1) month's rent if you have a positive credit report and rental verification.

Utility Deposit:

Included with your move-in monies, you will need a utility deposit in the amount of:
$100.00 for a studio and a 1-bedroom apartment.
$125.00 for a 2-bedroom apartment.
$150.00 for a 3 and 4-bedroom apartment.

Pets:
Cats are allowed with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee.

Qualifying Standards:

Income: Your gross monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rental amount after debt level.
Credit: All open accounts must be in good standing.
Employment: Verifiable
Residency: Verifiable

All applicants must complete an application.
All co-signers are required to complete an application as well as sign the lease and all other addendums.
All applicants and co-signers' signatures must be signed on all documents before moving in.

ALL MONIES RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF MOVE-IN MUST BE CERTIFIED CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS!
